Information That Is Collected
When you register for an account with JoynD, you voluntarily provide certain information to us, such as your name, email address, photos, your location, and type of device you are using to access the App.
Except as noted in this Privacy Policy, your information is NOT shared with third parties without your consent.
You should not provide JoynD with any information or submit any information to JoynD unless you would like that information to be used by JoynD in accordance with this Policy.
JoynD collects your information when you use the App. When you use the App, JoynD automatically records information about your interaction with JoynD. This information includes, but is not limited to, your IP address, your browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and how you used the App.
JoynD may use “cookies” for various purposes, such as to save your preferences so you don’t have to set them each time. “Cookies” are commonly used pieces of information in the form of small files that are placed on a computer hard drive to enable you to more easily communicate and interact with websites. JoynD may also collect information about the device you’re using to access the App, including the type of device, what operating system is used, and unique device identifiers.

JoynD collect’s real-time information about the location of your device, as permitted by you.
Use of Collected Information
JoynD will not share any collected information with companies not related to BioPrism, Inc. This means that JoynD does not share or sell collected information to advertisers and other third parties without your consent.
JoynD will use the collected information to make the App better by enhancing the App and developing new ones. We may use your collected information to customize your content. We also use the collected information to send you updates on the App, including to respond to any comments or submissions you make to us.
When you use any of location-enabled services, we may collect and process information about your mobile device's GPS location (including latitude, longitude or altitude of your mobile device).
The location information collected when app state in foreground, is used for following features.
1. To search for businesses near particular location.
2. To precisely locate your business, when you manually claim a business.
3. To get your current location when you get social.
The location information collected when app in background state is used for following features
1. To provide update about any businesses near you even when the app is closed.
Your Options
JoynD takes reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold is as accurate as possible. You have the right to contact JoynD at any time to ask for its removal from our records or for correction if you feel the personal information is inaccurate or otherwise incomplete.
JoynD may make changes to this policy and any changes will be posted to the website.
